Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-4 years in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing. Previous integrated marketing account experience and CRM experience are a plus. Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential. The ability to multitask, build relationships, and maintain communication flows between clients and internal teams is required. Basic exposure to technology and experience working collaboratively with multiple agency partners are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and agency partners, listening to client needs and communicating them clearly. They will build and foster client trust, manage feedback against scope, and develop strong internal relationships. This role involves proactively partnering with Project Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met, managing projects with guidance, and supporting senior account staff on complex projects. Responsibilities also include developing kickoff briefs, working across various customer experience touchpoints, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality, and proofing client-facing materials. The Account Executive must build relationships with other agency partners, accept feedback, course-correct, and manage project challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
