Proven experience in partnering with and influencing business partners and leaders, along with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely, is essential. Strong relationship-building skills with individuals and teams regionally and globally are also necessary.
The FP&A and Revenue Operations Senior Analyst will act as a commercial business partner, supporting cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize revenue operations. This role involves creating business intelligence for the commercial team, serving as the primary finance contact for business requests, and analyzing complex datasets to provide clear insights to senior management. Responsibilities include evaluating new deal proposals for profitability, advising on financial matters, and delivering key revenue and expense insights to drive profitability. The analyst will also own and run complex financial forecast models, deliver budgets and rolling forecasts, and critically assess historical trends to create reliable model inputs. Collaboration with the business to create strategic financial plans and identifying opportunities to drive better results are key duties. Additionally, the role involves producing comprehensive management reporting on financial, commercial, and operational KPIs, and regularly reviewing and proposing enhancements to these KPIs.
