Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of investment banking or consulting experience, with heavy finance exposure, and a plus for experience in healthcare or a high-growth tech company. They must be able to work with large or complex data reports to analyze operational data and department performance, and build the finance infrastructure for a fast-growing, dynamic company.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will build and manage budget and forecast models, working closely with internal stakeholders to set targets and goals; build and manage the Company’s operating forecasting model, working with the Clinical Operations and Product Development teams to drive accuracy; analyze aspects of the clinical delivery model to highlight relevant data points and drive efficiencies at scale; partner with key stakeholders across several departments to inform strategic decision making and drive growth; create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including for Board-level and investor reporting; partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to maintain and improve data integrity across systems to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecasts; and assist in preparation for executive and Board reporting.
