Finance Business Partner - Product Sales

Position Overview

Zoom is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner to support the Product Sales organization within our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role is a critical advisor to sales leadership, driving data-informed decisions and ensuring alignment of financial goals with business strategy. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance, manage GTM investments, and support scalable growth in a $5B+ ARR enterprise SaaS environment.

About The Team

The Sales FP&A team is part of the larger Finance organization within Zoom. You will join a talented and diverse team driving Zoom’s GTM strategy. We operate at the intersection of finance, sales, and business strategy, focusing on high-impact opportunities that enhance our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Zoom Product GMs, including the Head of Zoom Phone and Head of Zoom Contact Center, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Align on annual and quarterly GTM plans, revenue targets, and investment priorities.
  • Drive forecasting and performance management for bookings, ARR, and retention by product line.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting on KPIs including pipeline conversion, rep productivity, and product attach/cross-sell.
  • Develop business cases and financial models for new product launches, pricing changes, bundling, and strategic deals.
  • Collaborate on incentive plan design and quota setting with Sales Ops to ensure alignment with product-specific sales strategies.
  • Support QBRs, executive updates, and board-level reporting on GTM and product sales performance.
  • Improve and scale FP&A processes, tools, and systems in coordination with broader finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years focused on Sales Finance.
  • Experience supporting commercial or field sales teams, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to sales and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Experience supporting a sales or product-led organization with complex sales motions.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable business insights.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings

  • Minimum: $97,600.00
  • Maximum: $225,700.00

Note: In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. There may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations due to Zoom's location-based compensation structure.
