Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 3 years specifically in Sales Finance. Experience supporting commercial or field sales teams, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or B2B sectors, is required. Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and financial planning tools like Anaplan is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with sales and senior leadership. The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment, coupled with highly analytical and detail-oriented capabilities to manage multiple priorities, is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM systems and BI tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, as well as the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights, particularly when supporting sales or product-led organizations with complex sales motions.
The Go-to-Market Product FP&A Manager will partner directly with Zoom Product GMs to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making, aligning on annual and quarterly GTM plans, revenue targets, and investment priorities. This role involves driving forecasting and performance management for bookings, ARR, and retention by product line, as well as building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports on key performance indicators. Responsibilities also include developing business cases and financial models for new product launches, pricing changes, bundling, and strategic deals, and collaborating on incentive plan design and quota setting with Sales Ops. Additionally, the manager will support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive updates, and board-level reporting on GTM and product sales performance, while also improving and scaling FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
