Requirements

  • Track record of building your own book of business and closing enterprise deals from self-sourced opportunities
  • 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience (strong plus)
  • 2+ years of AE experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally with complex/technical products
  • Consistently ranked in the top tier of performance (quota attainment and club as standard)
  • Experience selling to CIOs, COOs, procurement, and technical leaders in large enterprises
  • Comfort managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing velocity
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presence
  • Curiosity, hustle, grit, and a self-starter mindset
  • Ambition to help build GTM from scratch and grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline: Proactively generate opportunities through outreach, networking, and leveraging founder networks
  • Run high-stakes conversations: Drive first meetings with CEOs, follow-ups, multi-stakeholder discussions, and deep qualification
  • Navigate complexity: Work with founders and Deployment Strategists on technical deep dives and pilot setup
  • Convert pilots into deals: Prepare and lead Steering Committees, articulate value, and handle procurement and commercial negotiations to close
  • Grow accounts post-sale: Ensure adoption, spot expansion opportunities, and turn accounts into multi-year partnerships
  • Build the playbook: Design and refine 0→1 sales processes from pipeline generation to closing
  • Future team building: Opportunity to build out a sales team
  • Feedback loop: Channel customer insights back into product and GTM strategy
  • Be in person with the team in Fitzrovia, London office when not on the road
