Responsibilities

The Forward Deployed Product Manager will own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, acting as the single point of accountability for adoption, performance, and growth. They will serve as an embedded product partner to customer product and engineering teams, assisting with the design, deployment, and scaling of solutions on Nash’s platform. This role involves becoming a Nash platform expert to advise customers, shape integrations, and identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include consulting and advising customers, driving measurable outcomes across key operational KPIs, leading account growth and retention, troubleshooting integration challenges, and acting as an internal advocate for customer accounts.
