Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical product management
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with product roadmapping, backlog management, and prioritization
  • Familiarity with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and product performance metrics
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and designers

Responsibilities

  • Own and define product vision and strategy for multiple product teams
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features and enablers to enhance product and extend its architectural and discovery runway
  • Provide leadership and guidance on how to sequence and prioritize investments to optimize value
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Domain Owners, and Analysts to achieve key outcomes
  • Create a positive team culture through growing, coaching, and establishing high-performing teams
  • Work closely with the Business General Manager, Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics to form the "Five in a Box" cross-discipline product team
  • Serve as main point-of-contact with other stakeholders, including architects, tech-ops, security, etc. to ensure overall cohesion for product or experience
  • Define and socialize product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the 5-in-the-box team
  • Establish Epics or initiatives that are aligned to strategic programs and deliver upon product strategy
  • Connect roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives, and key results, and strategic programs
  • Define product OKRs to evaluate progress towards outcomes, aligned with business objectives
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, including PI Planning, in partnership with product leadership team
  • Trend monitoring and product performance: use performance data to establish feedback loops to continuously develop new insights and hypotheses about product
