Responsibilities

Consult with sales early and often to prevent requirement misalignment before it becomes a problem

Lead complex deployments at strategic customers
Embed with customers where delivery is urgent and ambiguity is high
Map their problems, structure delivery, and ship fast
Scope, sequence, and build full-stack solutions that create measurable value
Drive clarity across internal and external teams
Identify reusable patterns and share field signal that influences the roadmap
