Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate a team. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Floor Lead will contribute to an environment where employees are informed and capable by supporting training, model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards, provide coaching and performance feedback, support sales driving initiatives, direct employees to ensure merchandise stock levels and presentations are maintained, stay informed by maintaining product knowledge, ensure timekeeping practices are followed, complete inventory transactions, ring employee transactions, and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They will also accurately record time worked, complete and carry out inventory transactions, and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager.
