Proven experience in writing detailed business requirements, developing testing and release plans for software solutions, and a passion for improving systems and processes collaboratively are essential. Experience in the SaaS/technology industry is desired.
The Financial Systems Manager will support and scale critical revenue and order-to-cash systems and processes, providing functional and technical expertise to drive efficiency, automation, and scale. Responsibilities include documenting existing and future Order-to-Cash process and data flows with attention to detail, understanding, defining, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, and managing full user test cycles for developed enhancements. The role involves continuously seeking opportunities to enhance Order-to-Cash systems and processes, particularly focusing on subscription billing platforms like Zuora, building relationships with cross-functional partners, and owning the processes built and maintained. Additionally, the manager will ensure that requests from Sales and Finance organizations related to Order to Cash processes and systems are optimally qualified, prioritized, and executed while maintaining appropriate documentation.
