Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, managing and growing teams that have successfully delivered large projects with high quality. A minimum of 5 years in engineering is required, with proven technical skills in building and scaling systems, making complex engineering decisions, and experience as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineer. Experience with building highly-available online services, dynamic languages, cloud services, relational databases, distributed systems, and on-call observability is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers, focusing on the continuous development of foundational billing systems to improve revenue cycles, ensure provider payments, and collect payments from insurance partners.
