Senior Engineering Manager - Billing Platform

Position Overview

Grow Therapy is seeking a mission-driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead the continuous development of our foundational billing systems. This role is crucial to our business model, focusing on improving revenue cycles, ensuring timely provider payments, and managing collections from insurance partners. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing a team of 5+ engineers.
• Mentoring and providing feedback to develop your team members.
• Growing the team through strategic hiring.
• Partnering with the team's Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the roadmap, launch projects, and ensure team health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a proven track record of managing and growing teams to successfully deliver large projects with high quality on time.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, including building and scaling systems, making complex engineering decisions, and demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Developed experience as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineer.
• Experience building online, highly-available services, working with dynamic languages, cloud services, relational databases, distributed systems, and implementing on-call observability.
• Enjoy critical thinking about solution tradeoffs, setting up reports for success, and optimizing team processes while considering overall engineering and company goals.

Salary and Compensation

• Salary Range: $205,000 - $245,000 USD.
• Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience.
