The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant FP&A role and be highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting. Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, or Adaptive Planning is considered a strong asset.
The Financial Analyst will maintain and manage the chart of accounts and organizational department structure within the FP&A tool, acting as the systems administrator for user management and training. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity across all systems, supporting month-end close activities with variance analysis and consolidation, and developing financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
