Requirements

  • Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting/Controlling
  • Strong experience with Power BI, report design and modeling, data management
  • Fully familiar with MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook), ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for continuous improvement and transformation skills
  • Good communication skills for interacting with senior management
  • Experience with leading reporting projects (plus)
  • Ability to explain the difference between actuals vs. budget, prepare trend analysis, and make conclusions/statements

Responsibilities

  • Drive the reporting transformation to Power BI platform
  • Prepare and maintain report templates for more advanced reports, supervise all enhancement and development requests
  • Review and analyze financial reports collected from different departments and recommend activities for future income of organization
  • Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports, compile various cross-functional reports, drive reporting simplification and efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior management and provide updates on financial reports, progress, and modifications; explain variances to senior leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, prepare financial reports, document accounting policies according to IFRS accounting standards, and update on GAAP
  • Coordinate with various departments and monitor annual and quarterly deliverables for outside auditors, prepare SOX documentation
