Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related role (preferably in SaaS / tech)

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support Strategic Finance in month-end close and monthly forecasting
  • Lead or support monthly financial reporting and commentary to leadership
  • Become a power user of Adaptive: manage forecasts, and build/extend Adaptive models
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, or process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and cross-functional decision-making
  • Continuously monitor and validate data integrity; flag anomalies, investigate root causes, and correct issues
  • Actively participate in process documentation, knowledge sharing, and team learning
