Responsibilities

The Field Service Manager will oversee daily service projects across assigned multifamily communities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. They will recruit, onboard, and supervise independent contractors to meet service expectations and quality standards. This role involves building strong connections with property managers and site staff, conducting regular property visits, performing quality checks, and addressing service concerns proactively. The manager will also assist with service proposals, bidding new work, identifying additional service opportunities, enforcing safety protocols, conducting incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and tracking service completion, contractor performance, and client communications in Salesforce.
