Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a self-starter attitude, goal orientation, high energy, and a positive demeanor. The ability to handle rejection and pressure is necessary, as well as proficiency in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Microsoft Office, and Service Orientation.
The Field Sales Executive will prospect and grow clients in the social commerce market through continuous cold calling of prospective clients, particularly UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers. They will arrange sales meetings with potential clients and track prospects by identifying decision-makers and understanding specific client needs. The role involves identifying service improvements or new services by staying current on industry trends and competitors. Additionally, the executive will manage key client accounts, close sales, and maintain relationships by providing support and guidance. They will research and recommend new opportunities, manage day-to-day relationships, and collaborate with management and other departments for market assessment. Finally, they will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, contributing to team efforts by achieving related results.
