Position Overview
We are looking for an EMEA Marketing Specialist to support the growth of the EMEA Go To Market team. You will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our regional marketing strategy across EMEA, working closely with Sales, Field Marketing within the EMEA region, and the broader GTM team to help build pipeline, execute integrated campaigns, drive event strategy, and regionalize global content initiatives for EMEA audiences.

Responsibilities
- Field Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing regional demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and partner marketing.
- Events & Webinars: Support local event activations including trade shows, customer meetups, hosted webinars, and virtual experiences. Coordinate logistics, speaker prep, and follow-up tracking.
- Localisation & Messaging: Help tailor global messaging and content assets to resonate with commercial and enterprise buyers across various European markets.
- Lead Management: Ensure effective tracking of leads from field programs, monitor pipeline influence, and partner with BDRs and Sales to support follow-up and reporting.
- Sales Enablement: Support the local sales team with regional toolkits, event decks, one-pagers, and campaign updates.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing and global digital teams to support regional paid programs and content syndication in key markets.
- Agency Coordination: Partner with regional PR, digital, and event agencies to support execution and quality control of deliverables.
- Data & Insights: Track marketing KPIs and regional campaign effectiveness, reporting on ROI and areas for optimization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in security, cloud-native, or developer tooling spaces.
- Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives across Europe.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus.
