Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions, along with experience in building and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing programs. Strong project management skills, the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a positive attitude are also required. Additional language skills, such as those in English, are considered a plus, and experience in the life sciences industry is beneficial.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will oversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives, develop and execute targeted marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, customer retention, and education campaigns, manage field events and user events, and write on-message campaign copy. You will also work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans, understand complex buying processes, manage third parties, and track and measure marketing programs to optimize resources against objectives and budget, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs.
