The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a proven track record in building and operating brand-to-revenue GTM programs, with experience in developing and managing field marketing programs, joint field marketing events, digital events/activities, sales collateral, and outbound prospecting campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize market and segment needs are also required, along with an understanding of product strategy and roadmap and sales needs.
As the Field Marketing Manager for Asia, the responsibilities include developing and managing field marketing programs to drive opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration, working cross-functionally with the APJ Demand Creation marketing HUB to align with the Twilio go-to-market strategy, prioritizing market and segment needs leveraging data, leading the Asia Demand Creation Marketing plan, and providing input into regional and global roadmaps for technical systems and Web Localisation, always representing APJ customer needs.
