Requirements

Candidates should possess a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and agency sales background that allows them to easily interact with agency leadership, demonstrating the ability to think strategically about the agency’s mission and build compelling value propositions around technology offerings and professional services. They must be able to develop and grow relationships within an assigned DOD territory, particularly with the Navy and US Airforce, and collaborate with Federal Systems Integrators who manage key agency programs. Furthermore, they should be able to develop and activate executive relationships at the individual stakeholder and decision-maker levels within their territory to achieve growth and position leading technology solutions focused on Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, Cloud Enablement, and providing identity solutions for DoD entities in denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) environments.

Responsibilities

The Federal Account Executive will develop and execute strategic account plans for each account to target CXO decision-makers and influencers, identify and prospect for new targets for technology solutions and professional services, create and articulate business cases for prospective and existing Federal customers in collaboration with solution architecture/engineering teams and strategic technology partners, meet or exceed revenue and gross profit quota for their portfolio, and perform other related duties as required and assigned.
