Requirements

Candidates must possess over 8 years of solution selling experience with recent strategic or global account management experience. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience specifically within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector is required, along with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and growing client portfolios. Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential. The ability to navigate client organizations, establish key contacts across multiple levels, and employ a research and data-driven approach to account planning is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Federal Strategic Engagement Executive will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to Department of Defense (DoD) customers at the executive level, aligning with and executing internal strategies. Responsibilities include assessing territory potential, developing sales strategies to maximize revenue, and achieving sales targets. The executive will evangelize the UiPath platform through value selling, educate customers on its benefits, and ensure the successful completion of complex transactions. They will also drive DoD sales motions, manage c-suite relationships, develop partnerships with local entities and global system integrators, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer value and address issues. Additionally, monitoring competitors and market conditions to understand customer needs and collaborating internally with sales teams for knowledge sharing are key duties.
