Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid EU driver's license, a clean criminal record and driving fitness certificate, at least 5 years of driving experience (e.g., taxi, courier, logistics), good English language skills and proficiency in the local language, technical proficiency with GSuite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Forms), basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, responsibility, reliability, and professionalism, and a willingness to travel and enjoy discovering new places.

Responsibilities

The Fahrer / Datensammler will follow pre-defined routes focusing on public roads, business districts, and tourist attractions, capturing comprehensive images of their surroundings using 360° cameras and LiDAR systems on vehicles, storing the collected data on onboard SSD drives, and potentially revisiting areas with favorable weather conditions to ensure optimal image quality. They will also participate in the onboarding process, attend training, and work within an international team, contributing to the improvement of an online map platform.
