Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Clean driving record
3 to 7 years of technical work experience preferred
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
Water treatment experience highly preferred
Plumbing/HVAC experience a plus
Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience (depending on business unit)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including smart devices
Demonstrated customer service experience
Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly
Ability to coach, train, guide, and motivate junior-level technicians

Responsibilities

Perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner
Initiate and execute field service on advanced and multi/complex systems
Proactively troubleshoot systems
Work with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions
Conduct preventative maintenance
Manage parts inventory
Anticipate and correct safety issues on company and customer-owned equipment
Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture
Take care of company property
Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
Work independently with little to no supervision
Lead, coach, guide, and motivate others
Work in a team environment
Interface directly with customers across multiple systems, locations, and customers
