Requirements

  • Establish and deploy a best-in-class change management framework
  • Build a robust consulting capability to support business leaders and transformation teams
  • Lead a growing team of change professionals and build change capability through frameworks, training, and community of practice
  • Oversee deployment of OrgVitality as the enterprise listening partner
  • Source and implement innovative tools and technologies for colleague sentiment and feedback
  • Design and launch a refreshed listening strategy for 2026 and beyond

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of culture, change management, and listening strategy into a unified enterprise capability
  • Translate strategic priorities (new values, brand evolution, leadership frameworks) into actionable programs and colleague experiences
  • Develop and activate culture strategies aligned with CVS Health’s purpose, values, and brand
  • Collaborate on initiatives connecting culture to performance, development, and engagement strategies
  • Ensure culture is a foundational lens for transformation, leadership, and colleague experience
  • Integrate change enablement with culture, leadership, and talent strategies for sustainable adoption
  • Lead a strategically vital listening function anchoring transformation and colleague experience strategy
  • Ensure listening channels are inclusive, timely, and actionable for real-time feedback loops and decision-making
  • Embed CVS Health’s new values and ways of working across the enterprise (first 12 months)
  • Launch and operationalize a refreshed listening strategy with actionable insights and engagement improvements (first 12 months)
  • Establish and scale a best-in-class change management framework (first 12 months)
