Responsibilities

Drive culturally- and values-aligned HR investments to enable a stellar employee experience
Position Wikimedia as an employer of choice in the global nonprofit, technology, and advocacy fields
Lead a team responsible for overseeing key projects
Oversee People Department systems updates and innovations, including compensation and total rewards, performance management, HR information systems, vendor management, and data analytics & reporting
Represent the People Department in cross-department projects and working groups
Manage the People department budget for efficient cross-departmental collaboration and execution
Develop and execute a strong integrated HR strategy
Manage and develop cross-department relationships to support the socialization and implementation of policies, processes, and initiatives
Provide a pragmatic perspective to senior leaders on business and organizational transformation
Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team in furthering the organization's goals
Advise the Chief People Officer on defining the direction of the People department
Support internal communications throughout the Foundation and on company-wide organizational development and change initiatives
Participate in the People Leadership Group to advise on the direction of the People department
