  • Prepare expense reports
  • Prepare and edit presentations
  • Make travel arrangements

  • Greet and escort visitors
  • Assist new employees
  • Perform duplicating and other general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate work within the work unit and with other internal/external departments
  • Support general administrative work for one or more professional employees beyond the direct supervisor
