Experience as an Executive Assistant managing sensitive data with a commitment to confidentiality in a security-focused company environment is required, along with experience in a multi-time-zone/global setting. A willingness to work outside usual business hours with a high sense of urgency, strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills are essential. Excellent written communication abilities are necessary for clear articulation and note-taking. Experience utilizing tact, sound business judgment, a solid understanding of the business, and impeccable time management to manage and prioritize the C-Suite’s schedule and business obligations is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in small-medium tech startup environments, event planning for executive departments, and working collaboratively with other EAs.
The Executive Assistant will act as a gatekeeper for the executive’s time and focus, managing and prioritizing requests from across the business and the external ecosystem. They will coordinate and execute department meetings and communications, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient information flow. The role requires demonstrating the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information and safeguarding the interests of Chainlink Labs. The Executive Assistant will serve as a right-hand person to the executive team, partnering to efficiently navigate their private and professional lives, and will own and deliver on a wide variety of projects and initiatives for the executive team.
