Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role

  • Reliable transportation for regular mail pickups (if offsite)
  • Comfortable with flexible, task-based work schedule (approx. 2–3 times per week)

Responsibilities

  • Check and collect company mail 2–3 times per week from designated location(s)
  • Sort, organize, and scan incoming mail; distribute digitally to appropriate employees
  • Monitor and check the company voicemail regularly; transcribe and route messages to the relevant team members
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed, including but not limited to: data entry, document preparation and filing, scheduling or calendar coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information
  • Provide flexible support and adapt to changing administrative needs
