Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry and hold a Property & Casualty License. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree being preferred. Knowledge of Applied Epic is highly preferred. Strong skills in analyzing complex insurance situations, prioritizing tasks, independent work with limited supervision, intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), verbal and written communication, negotiation, problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, and a client-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

The Personal Lines Account Executive will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring service standards for execution, delivery, and retention are met. Responsibilities include providing efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients via phone, writing, and in person. This role involves gathering and preparing renewal information, processing endorsement requests, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and cancellation processing. Additionally, the Account Executive will assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, process and follow-up on new/existing account operations, ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions, maintain current files, prepare policy renewal questionnaires, work expiration lists for customer contact and retention, and update agency systems. The role also includes educating business partners on insurance products, compliance, and operational duties, and invoicing accounts while processing premiums when required.
