The role requires a strong background in customer success, account management, or consulting, with experience in high-touch, relationship-driven environments. The ability to assist in the RFP response process and present in a finalist capacity to a customer is also required.
The Customer Success Consultant will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value strategic customers, driving adoption and value realization. This includes conducting quarterly Strategic Review meetings, developing Success Plans, and providing annual Budget Planning Documents. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, analyzing customer data, and monitoring customer health to mitigate churn risk. They will also identify and nurture expansion opportunities, partner with Sales on growth strategies, and champion the voice of the customer internally.
