Responsibilities

  • Support activities and objectives of the Sales Training area, executing continuous improvement projects and initiatives, and assisting with logistics for training events
  • Develop, support, and/or maintain digital content for sales and marketing training materials
  • Participate in key meetings to generate ideas and innovations impacting sales results through sales force learning experiences related to knowledge development, customer-facing skills, and tools
  • Support administration and/or documentation of sites (SharePoints) and learning platforms used by the sales training area
  • Support documentation of training processes (logistics, participant attendance, course assignment based on sales force profiles)
  • Organization, logistics, and administration of content/materials and training events for sales and marketing positions, supporting Mexico and some LatAm countries
  • Lead and collaborate on innovation and improvement projects for core sales and marketing training processes
