The Escalation Engineer will serve as the highest-level technical support resource, owning and resolving complex, high-priority customer issues. This role involves collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to triage and resolve bugs, translating customer feedback into product improvements, and conducting deep diagnostics. The engineer will also act as a bridge between customers and R&D, documenting solutions for knowledge management and root cause prevention.
