Responsibilities

SBGマネージャーと連携し、EP部門が取り扱う医療機器システム (WM Claris、EnSite、ViewMate、MedinBoxなど) に関する技術サポートを、医療機関の顧客およびアボット社内の関係者に提供
現場でのサポート対応が必要な場合には、フィールドサービス担当者と連携し、部品の手配などを迅速かつ効率的に行う
人的リソースを最適に活用し、予算、社内方針、業務手順、品質基準に則って、コスト効率の高いサービス運営を実現
製品に関する苦情対応においては、品質システムの観点からテクニカルサービスの代表として対応し、業務プロセスの有効性を継続的に評価・改善
常に専門分野の最新情報を把握し、医師や医療従事者、患者、営業・技術スタッフからの問い合わせに対して、SBGとして臨床的・技術的な支援を提供
医療機関および社内の各部門に対して、アボット製品の技術サービスを提供する電話、メール、ネットワーク経由での社内外からの技術的な問い合わせに対応
通常の解決策で対応できない顧客の問題を解決し、最も効果的かつ費用対効果の高い解決策を提供
フィールドサービスの派遣や機器の配送が必要かどうかを判断
サービスイベントの詳細をデータベースに記録・更新・完了処理を実施
顧客への修理・交換部品の送付し、必要に応じてフィールドサービス作業報告書を作成
技術情報、手順書、作業指示書、ベストプラクティスに関する提案
品質マネジメントシステム (QMS) およびその他の規制要件に基づく会社の取り組みを遵守
厚生労働省の規制、その他の規制要件、会社方針、手順、業務指示に準拠
社内外のすべての関係者と協力的なコミュニケーションを実施
その他、必要に応じて関連するプロジェクト業務を遂行
プロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、設置計画・年次点検を管理
