Candidates must possess written and oral fluency in English and one of the following languages: Polish, Dutch, or German. Experience in general HR administration or people operations is required, along with a background in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, preferably within a startup or tech setting. The ideal candidate can take direction, work independently with a strong sense of ownership, and is motivated by process improvement and continuous learning.
The EOR Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Lifecycle Operations team, assisting with HR tasks, basic projects, and invoicing/billing activities. Responsibilities include supporting employment verifications, managing the shipping of physical documents, implementing directives to improve employee experience, and organizing employee data while maintaining security and confidentiality. The role also involves supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives, as well as executing automation opportunities and handling a selection of HR administrative tasks directly with employees.
