  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Certification (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
  • At least 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Hands-on experience in integration with Employee Central (EC) and third-party systems
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Marketing, Analytics, and API integrations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system design
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative team player with experience in global HR projects

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding 2.0 modules in SuccessFactors
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to define recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensure smooth data flow from Recruiting → Onboarding → Employee Central
  • Support the setup of career sites, job boards, and candidate application portals
  • Optimize onboarding experience through forms, tasks, and digital workflows
  • Provide expertise in localization requirements for recruiting and compliance forms
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams on Recruiting and Onboarding functionality
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for recruiting and onboarding scenarios
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of recruiting/onboarding incidents
  • Collaborate with CPI/Integration consultants for third-party integrations (background checks, job portals, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials
  • Stay updated on SAP Talent Management roadmap and quarterly releases
