Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale projects that enhance the customer experience for users and streamline processes
  • Be the point of contact for external partners throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Liaise internally between engineering and business teams
  • Effectively communicate with the team and all stakeholders to set priorities and ensure project milestones are met
  • Determine team member expectations across departments
  • Communicate directly with executives and leadership teams to provide progress updates
  • Develop project plans and timelines
  • Identify areas where team members are needed to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed according to schedule
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the CTO and Head of Strategy to scope projects, define processes and milestones
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
  • Assign project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Understand business goals and connect them with the prioritization of incoming project requests
