  • Ability to conduct technical discovery sessions, build custom demos/PoCs, troubleshoot, and answer technical questions
  • Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, and Customer teams
  • Eager to take ownership in a pre-sales capacity as the primary technical advisor to prospective clients
  • Ability to shape customer solutions and align the platform to unique needs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to prospective clients in a pre-sales capacity
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and build custom demos/PoCs
  • Troubleshoot and answer technical questions to impact deal success
  • Engage directly with prospects (enterprise companies with hundreds of employees), building tailored demos and leading technical discussions to showcase Omnea’s value
  • Partner with the sales team to lead custom discovery sessions, understand customer pain points, and showcase new or non-standard capabilities
  • Drive and own POCs in collaboration with Customer and Product teams to ensure technical comfort for prospects
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer teams for consistent communication and alignment
  • Provide feedback from the field to the Product team to shape future roadmap enhancements
  • Continuously improve pre-sales processes, including demo environments, technical documentation, and sales collateral
