Candidates should have 6-8 years of field sales experience selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives, with at least 4 years of experience selling specifically to Conglomerates/Large Enterprises. An in-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation is required, along with a proven record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects. Experience building relationships with CXOs of large enterprise customers for business expansion and demonstrated success in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers are also necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the local language are essential for engaging at all organizational levels.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive growth and success for Large Enterprise Accounts across industries in the Philippines, based in Manila. This role involves developing and executing multi-year strategic account plans to meet or exceed customer business objectives and maximize wallet share. Responsibilities include engaging with C-level and Executive decision-makers to identify new opportunities, managing and forecasting the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address challenges, drive a culture of sales excellence, and build strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners to enhance UiPath's market position. Conducting regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic progress is also a key duty.
