Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultant role. Previous experience in a SaaS B2B company, particularly with LMS, is preferred. Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies like SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS is required, along with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to travel, strong sales instincts, and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. The ability to share technical knowledge effectively with a positive mindset is also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will work with learning and development organizations to align their growth objectives with 360Learning capabilities, becoming an internal expert on the technology. You will describe the product to prospects, collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, and provide sales support. This includes configuring demo environments, building engaging strategies with Account Executives to advance deals, and acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers at all levels. You will also contribute to the growth of the Sales Engineer department by identifying best practices, designing new processes, and assisting in recruitment efforts.
