Position Overview

At NVIDIA, our employees are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing, and Autonomous Vehicles. We're united in our quest to transform the way GPUs are used for work and play. We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us seek some of these outstanding opportunities. At NVIDIA, we work, think, and learn as a team. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences based in the UK. This role will focus on developing and accelerating business with the UKI’s start-up and scale-up ecosystem. The role is responsible for driving the adoption of NVIDIA hardware and software solutions - technically, strategically, and commercially - across the HCLS sector.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Identify, engage, and onboard startups in the HCLS sector within the UKI region in a structured and detailed way.
  • Build and nurture direct relationships with startup founders and leadership teams.
  • Prioritize direct relationships with startups; develop secondary relationships with cloud providers, VCs, and accelerators to support ecosystem growth.
  • Leverage NVIDIA’s Inception program and collaborate with internal teams to improve value for startups.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship to startups on embracing NVIDIA’s AI/ML libraries and frameworks as well as NIMs and Blueprints, especially in HCLS applications.
  • Support startups in selecting and implementing the right infrastructure (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid) for their needs.
  • Work closely with NVIDIA’s Inception and solution architect teams to deliver a seamless experience for startups.
  • Engage with cloud providers and VCs to facilitate partnerships and co-selling opportunities.

What we need to see

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, within HCLS, or AI sectors.
  • Relevant Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in new business development and managing relationships with startups.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and a strong understanding of cloud architectures, preferably in the HCLS space.
  • Deep familiarity with the UKI startup and/or healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel to the Greater London area and occasionally to EMEA/global events.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Direct experience working in or with startups, especially in HCLS or AI.
  • Technical background in healthcare, life sciences, or AI/ML is highly desirable.
  • European languages would be beneficial.
