As an Account Executive - Healthcare at UiPath, you will target provider, payer, life science, medical device, and digital health companies that are not yet customers. You will engage at the C-suite level and collaborate with key decision-makers in Digital Transformation to help them unlock the full potential of automation. Your mission is to introduce UiPath's automation solutions, enabling them to drive operational efficiencies and innovate their businesses. Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Sales: Target and win new logo accounts within the healthcare space.
  • Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to maximize revenue and capture untapped market potential across the healthcare space.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, managing the full sales cycle with precision and agility.
  • Promote UiPath's Value Proposition: Evangelize the UiPath brand by showcasing the transformative power of AI-driven automation and its leadership in the agentic revolution.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and internal partners across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Market Insights & Opportunity Identification: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with RSI/GSI Partners: Collaborate with Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to identify joint accounts, co-sell, and expand opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Leverage specialist sales resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and overlay resources, to drive sales of complex automation solutions.
  • Champion Automation: Identify creative ways to integrate automation into clients' daily operations, driving continuous improvement and empowering teams.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in a solution/value selling environment.
  • Enterprise Focus: At least 3 years of experience focused on the Enterprise space.
  • Account Penetration: Demonstrated track record of selling into large, complex accounts across multiple industries (payer, provider, life science, medical device).
