Job Description

Position Overview

Turing is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to head our Startup Ecosystem initiatives. In this role, you will lead the charge in cultivating and expanding high-value relationships across the startup and venture capital landscape. You will work closely with Turing’s executive team and solutioning experts to place exceptional AI and technical talent within cutting-edge startups, offer advisory services to help them shape and execute their AI and product roadmaps, and nurture a vibrant community of AI-focused founders and innovators.

This is a cross-functional, high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with deep VC and startup networks, a passion for AI innovation, and the ability to drive business development, thought leadership, and community-building efforts at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Turing’s primary point of contact for venture capital platforms and their startup portfolios.
  • Partner with Turing’s solutioning and delivery teams to offer startups strategic guidance on AI architecture and product development.
  • Place high-quality technical talent (AI engineers, developers, etc.) within early- and growth-stage startups.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close business opportunities across a diverse portfolio of high-growth startups.
  • Design and host strategic ecosystem events, roundtables, and thought leadership initiatives to expand Turing’s influence.
  • Build and lead a scalable programmatic approach to startup engagement and demand generation.
  • Drive brand awareness and pipeline by leveraging your own network as well as Turing’s platform and content capabilities.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a leading business school.
