Responsibilities

The Enterprise Regional Sales Manager will lead Portfolio Territory Managers and Nutrition Specialists to exceed sales budgets by driving team strategies and achieving regional objectives. Responsibilities include supporting territory managers with customer engagement, delivering sales presentations, providing product information, and quoting prices. The manager will also plan, direct, and control sales activities, prepare regional forecasts, manage sales and development efforts, collaborate with IDN teams on major accounts, and confer with marketing personnel on policy, product, and pricing strategies. Additionally, they will partner with sales support, marketing, and R&D on special projects and promote the Baxter Culture through positive customer relations.
