Requirements

The candidate should have 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience focused on enterprise buyers, with a preference for SaaS. A proven track record of delivering measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue impact is essential, along with a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes. Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is required. Proficiency in using AI tools and technology for marketing innovation and strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations are also necessary.

Responsibilities

This role will lead marketing for the enterprise audience, developing and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for enterprise accounts. The manager will collaborate with Sales to identify priorities and align on targeting, timing, and messaging. They will use buyer insights and data to refine campaigns and improve performance, creating programs that support all stages of the funnel from awareness to close. Success will be measured by pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact, requiring the ability to measure, analyze, and report on campaign results with clear links to pipeline and test/adopt AI-driven marketing strategies to increase efficiency and personalization.
