Responsibilities

Shape and drive Aviva’s technology strategy across Aviva Investors
Lead the development of high-level technology roadmaps aligning with business needs and Aviva’s strategic vision
Ensure clarity around technology estate, cost of ownership, technical debt, and investment planning
Govern change across BAU and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with global architecture standards and policies
Champion standardisation and reuse of shared technologies to drive efficiency and reduce costs
Work closely with design teams to ensure solutions deliver the right architectural outcomes
Deputise for the Head of Architecture, providing continuity of strategic direction and governance
Play an active role in succession planning by developing future architectural leadership
