Position Overview

Immersive Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading cybersecurity company that prioritizes people-centric cyber resilience. You will be responsible for developing new and existing business within a territory of FTSE 100/250 and large enterprise accounts. This role offers excellent earning potential with commission accelerators and share options, reflecting our commitment to rewarding success.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing the sales strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Winning large-scale enterprise business (Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 / Global 2000) that significantly impacts Immersive Labs' success.
  • Building strong relationships with CISOs and driving revenue growth.
  • Qualifying sales opportunities using methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Educating the market on our cybersecurity solution by participating in industry events (e.g., Technology Partner Roadshows, Happy Hours, BlackHat, RSA).
  • Researching and tracking progress using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Driving engagement and building relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve customer problems and strengthen our offering.
  • Navigating complex enterprises and buying centers from prospect to close.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or complex software products to enterprise organizations.
  • Building strong, internal relationships to support customer solutions.
  • Navigating complex enterprises and buying centers.
  • A good network of C-Suite and decision-makers that can be leveraged.
