Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role at a B2B software company, a proven ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas through proactive account management and prioritization. They should also possess a results-driven mindset, resilience, and comfort with using technology tools such as CRMs, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom, Gong, and Google Suite.
The Enterprise Account Manager will build relationships with enterprise merchants, identifying cross-sell opportunities and recommending solutions to drive value and long-term partnerships. They will consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through a strategic and consultative sales approach, monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, act as the voice of the market, and work cross-functionally with Merchant Success Managers to execute expansion strategies. Additionally, they will manage pipeline, forecast, prioritize accounts, and contribute to improving Account Management internal documentation and processes, and travel regionally as needed.
