Udacity is seeking a hungry Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on growing and retaining existing customers. You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies, enabling them to develop powerful new products and services on a global scale. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
  • Utilize industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct meetings with C-suite executives and speak as a leader in the space.
  • Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Grow the team as we scale.

What We Value

  • Experience: 8+ years in enterprise sales; startup or early-stage company experience is valuable.
  • Sales Approach: Employ a consultative and solution/value selling approach to closing new business within existing customer accounts.
  • Skills: Demonstrate strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client C-level.
  • Client Knowledge: Gather in-depth knowledge of your client’s business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive sales growth.
  • Track Record: Possess an exceptionally strong track record in advanced enterprise sales with proven over-performance.
  • Attributes: Be forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive.
  • Bonus: Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent English language skills are required.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000
  • Variable Compensation: $150,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $300,000

Location

  • We will consider only qualified candidates currently based in the Western US.
