Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, a customer-centric approach, a proven track record of selling enterprise software into large/complex accounts with an average ACV of $150k+, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles of 6-12 months in length. Experience selling at the C-Level, particularly CTO, CIO, CLO, CDO, and working knowledge of MEDDPICC are preferred. Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Gong, SFDC, Outreach, and Sales Navigator will be an advantage, as will familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will own and deliver/exceed all quarterly and annual revenue targets, establish and grow a high-velocity pipeline within their assigned territory, educate c-suite leaders on Workera’s platform, provide accurate forecasting, adopt a consultative approach, build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth, attend networking events and trade shows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, achieve and exceed sales quotas, act as the primary customer contact, and identify and execute on expansion opportunities with existing accounts.
