We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive rapid growth across North America. This role is focused on hunting, closing, and nurturing customers within a designated territory. This is an opportunity to join a well-funded Series-B startup backed by top-tier investors. The successful candidate will reside in or near New York or London.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed all quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Establish and grow a high-velocity pipeline within your assigned territory.
  • Educate C-suite leaders in technology, data, learning & development, and talent.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Lead senior executives through the sales process with a consultative approach.
  • Build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth from existing customers.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows (live/virtual).
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary customer contact throughout their lifecycle.
  • Contribute as a strategic voice in team meetings, sharing learnings and helping to shape sales strategies.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Note: Responsibilities may evolve due to the dynamic nature of our fast-growing scale-up.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software into large/complex accounts with an average ACV of $150k+.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles (6-12 months).
  • Experience selling at the C-Level (CTO, CIO, CLO, CDO).
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

  • Hustle: Possess a hunter mentality with grit and determination, combined with the ability to nurture and expand opportunities.
  • Humility: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating coachability and a growth mindset.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of MEDDPICC.
  • Advantageous: Proficiency in tools such as Gong, SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants and applying them effectively in your work.
