Requirements

Candidates should have 7 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role proposing enterprise solutions, with demonstrated selling ability to State and Local Governments and Educational Institutions. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and other CRM tools. The role requires comfort working with multiple decision-makers, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, comfort working remotely and autonomously, and the ability to travel as needed. Proven experience negotiating, proposing, and closing contracts with clients is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and manage a sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process and generate revenue by selling the Cohesity solution, working closely with channel partners. They will penetrate accounts, reach decision-makers, and close business, while defining and implementing sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota. Responsibilities include developing and presenting proposals that showcase the Cohesity solution's ability to meet customer business objectives and drive account strategies, coordinating team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
